Who has a fragfx controller and is it worth the $50 to get it or is just a hack?

Alright, I am fucking excellent at FPS games on the computer, but have a hell of a hard time working the controls on the PS3 sixaxis controller for FPS games. It seems that I can't aim for shit especially with a moving target.
I have the sensitivity turned way down to help, but it makes the movement too slow. I can't seem to lock onto the targets very well.
Any ideas?
